Losing hope

I’ve been depressed and lonely for quite a while. I feel as if I have no friends, no one to spend time with, no one to hang out with. I just feel so depressed all the time and am finding the urge to not live to get stronger and harder to push away. The only thing at this point keeping me holding on is my daughter, who is 16. My sister killed herself last year.
