Maybe I'm born with it and will die with it
Overthinking is a curse. Once you step in you can't get out from it.

Overthinking sure can be challenging!
Remind yourself every once in a while that things dont need to be perfect, they just have to be "good enough". And remind yourself if you dont get the wanted result, there is often another chance, or a way to work around it, there is always plan B and C ready to pick you up.
If some doors stay closed, that just means there is still other doors for you that you didnt find yet.😉
I was thinking about this yesterday - does my own limiting belief that I am just this way hinder my ability to enjoy life? Is it truly possible to break free from anxiety/depression/being lost in my own mind? I don’t have any answers. Just a reminder you aren’t alone I guess.
I do know my overthinking tends to come from hypervigilance. It helps me accept it to thank it for doing its best to keep me safe.

Yes..overthinking is a challenge but not unsolvable. It is hard to address overthinking..which is happening in the mind...with more mind stuff. You need some external intervention.
Breathing exercises can help tremendously. Through the proper use of breath you can calm down the chattering mind....just like you manage a kite, that floats around in the sky with the wind, using a thread.
Try it out.
