I have friends and family who care about me. I'm pursuing a good degree, and even though it's hard, I know I can handle it. I see the grace in things; I imagine beautiful futures where I'd be happy. But, I don't know, despite the good things, I can't find a good reason to endure the pain I feel. I try to improve or find the why, but it doesn't help, it just makes me cry more. This is tiring, and I know I'll keep trying because I want to be able to feel at least peace, something outside of this, something better. And then there's that feeling that this will never go away and I'll always feel this pressure in my chest.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling sadness, pressure, and pain. You mentioned that despite the good things in life, you are still struggling on your way to try to endure and alleviate pain. Sometimes in life, good things and enduring sadness can exist at the same time, and I understand that the process of trying to find an improvement method is tiring, especially when things don't get better after huge efforts. From my own perspective, you are really a strong and resilient person. The fact that you are actively thinking and trying to explore a way out is already a huge step.

You mentioned that you have the feeling that the pain will never go away. Your feelings are all valid, very understandable and fair. The pain, pressure and hardness in life sometimes do last for quite a while, but there will be the day when things are getting better and are on track. Personally, I have been struggling with anxiety for quite a while, but in the recent two months, things got a bit better after many tries. You are already doing a great job. Sometimes we just need to give ourselves more time. Sending support!
