I made a mistakes at work again. It has been almost a year of working here. It was my first job and I didnt fully understand what I am doing right now. I felt like I wanna quit after 5 days working but I stayed until now cause I am more afraid to quit cause what if other company is more worse than this company. What if my colleagues and bosses is not that nice I mean worse than this. I felt scared and hopeless. I felt numb and I felt worst. I thought this year gonna be nicer, Im gonna be good but these two days broke everything. I made mistakes and last year of me keep on haunting me like I could see my old self making the mistakes and how people treat me at that time. And the fact that these two days worsen cause I dont know what to reply and react when my boss or colleagues bombard me with questions like my brain stop functioning and I felt like I wanna leave and quit. And it affects me afterwork cause right now I keeps one overthinks every single scenario and mistakes I have made.

And I wonder should I take my medicines which I stop taking almost a year

@sensibleEast452

Hi there. Sorry to hear what you’re going through with work.

If we make a mistake, it makes us feel …just awful…it shouldn’t do…but it does. After all, we all make mistakes and that’s what makes us human. Is there anyone you can talk to about this? I know sometimes going over something we’re responsible for doing can help us feel more competent and confident.

Please don’t beat yourself up about this, at the end of the day you’re human.

I can never stop taking my meds. I know what I'm like when I miss a day on accident. I don't like him. Why did you stop?

Cause it affects my daily life. My brain. I felt like I keep on getting brain fog and feeling numb. At first it was feeling nice because I totally forgot the pain and the memories that causes it, but it somehow taking some memories that I wanna cherish. So, it make me afraid of taking and I stop

Isn't that what we take meds like these for? Have you considered getting a second opinion from a different Dr?
