Money debt
I feel like I’m entering a depressive phase, or at least something close to it. I’m not crying all the time, but I feel heavy inside. Everything feels harder than it should be. Even basic things like taking care of my face or planning my money feel overwhelming.
I have debt — around 6807 $ — and it’s constantly in the back of my mind. I keep thinking about it, even when I’m trying to rest. It makes me anxious, and sometimes I feel ashamed that I’m in this position, even though I know I’m trying my best.
I can’t pay it all what I do
Because of the stress, I feel like I’m neglecting myself. My skin is getting worse, and instead of feeling motivated to take care of it, I feel frustrated because treatments are expensive and I can’t afford to fix everything at once. That makes me feel stuck — like I’m failing at self-care too.
I feel tired mentally, not just physically. I overthink a lot, and I feel pressure to be strong, to keep going, but inside I feel drained. I don’t feel hopeless exactly, but I feel lost and unsure how to get out of this phase.
What I want is stability — to feel calm again, to feel in control of my life, my money, and my body. I want to take care of myself without feeling guilty or stressed. I think I need help learning how to cope with this pressure instead of carrying it alone.

Debt is very overwhelming.
And tiring.
But ultimately you won't be able to pay it off straight away, so just pay whatever amount you can and stop being so hard on yourself.
You are doing your best.
Instead of worrying about where to start and trying to do it all.
Take one day at a time.
Small, consistent daily steps, when you see progress, it'll build your confidence and make you feel more like yourself.
Start by looking after you.
Then you'll feel better.
It doesn't have to cost much.
Don't let yourself sink deeper 💚
