My Journey is what I decide going forward.

I have been struggling with manic depression for awhile now and I'm trying to find an affordable health insurance in my area so I can see a doctor and then see a psychiatrist. I got cut off from my insurance because I make a little bit more over the limit when it comes to money. I just wish they would have told my husband and I we were being cut off. I know each government has their issues and I guess empathy is one of them. This place does help but I know a psychiatrist might be in my future because PTSD isn't exactly the nicest either. I know everyone has problems but I don't like feeling sorry for myself because of past abusive situations. I have to remind myself what happened wasn't my fault until I eventually believe that it was true. I'm grateful to be here to exist I understand that I'm stronger for getting help. I'm learning it's okay to ask for help I don't have to be hyper independent. There are good people out there. 🕊️
