Need guidance

About 2 years ago I went down a bad road and have been lost ever sense. My issue is I have nothing. I sold all possessions, got ride of any financial traces, sold my car, quite my job all cause I didnt plan on being here……that being said I need to know how to get out of this hole I have made myself. I am safe now but some days are extremely hard. How does one start over and find their flame back.?
