I’ve lost my entire identity in 8 months, a massive family, a marriage, and a second love who tried to protect me and a child I grew to love. Now I am sitting alone without a single person to reply tonight when I reached out for help. The only person left in my life is the ex wife who caused all of this damage to me. I feel like something is going to permanently break in my brain.

you might have lost all your loved ones, but not your identity, you are still the musician you were, you must have friends who care about you, listeners who like your music. They must be looking forward to seeing you getting better.
