Odd issue

Change and actually “getting better” is catapulting me back into depression. The uncomfortableness of pushing through the discomfort of discipline, especially when also being depressed and not even wanting to be here anymore, is just so weird. Change feels so wrong, I want to stay in the bubble of comfort of depression even though it doesn’t feel good which we all know but it is just familiar?

@lovingHuman5959 hey! It's okay to feel ambivalent about change, especially when it involves pushing through discomfort. Try reframing change as a journey of self-discovery and growth, rather than a daunting task. Find small, manageable steps that feel right for you, and celebrate each achievement along the way. Remember, it's okay to seek support from others who can provide encouragement and understanding. Above all, be patient and kind to yourself throughout this process.
