If I Weren't myself— people would want me. I am Unnatural. I don't mix up. I'm arrogant. I'm stuck up. I'm too quiet. I look too intensely. I make people feel weird. I am weird. I am uptight. I always look sad or I always look angry. I'm bad. Is that who I am? Or is that who people see me as? Because that's how they see me as.

And I realised people don't like people like me— people don't want people like me.

And if I changed it all? If I talked more. If I smiled and laughed more. If I whined less. If I worries less. If I were more fun. If I was pretty. Would people talk to me? If I looked less sad.

Would I be as invisible? Or would people see me? Would they forget me? Of my existence?

I can really feel the pain in your message. I am so sorry that you feel that way at the moment.

I think that your brain is lying to you about people disliking you that much. It is what depression does - create giant lists of things people must dislike about us. But none of it is true.

The problem isn't other people. It is that we hate ourselves. Accepting and embracing the wonderful person that you already are can help.

After listing all the bad stuff, can you come up with one good thing about yourself? It can be really simple. @discreetKiwi9035
