Please help

Hello I'm a 30 male with learning disabilities and have anxiety and depression. On December 5th I was baited by a *** organization called bikers against predators. I was in jail for 2 weeks. Ever since I've been out I have felt like I'm numb and in a state of limbo and feel like having dark thoughts anymore. I'm making this post so I can possibly advocate for those special needs adults who are to scared to say anything or are scared to stand up for them self. If this is not the right place to post this please point me in the right direction so I don't take away from other people. Also I will not say what my actual name is due to the fact that my situation is still going on. Please help.I pretend like I'm OK with everything but inside I'm so alone
