Please pray for me

I have been struggling with depression for a few years now. I have been on the ground a few times in the past and feel myself getting too close again. I’m scared, I don’t go a day without crying or having horrible thoughts in my head. Last time I was this depressed I got sent away because my mom felt like she could not help me anymore. I have been heavily debating if I should go back into rehab before things get out of hand again. I just really don't like rehab and how things go on there. But I might have to go to have the 24/7 support.

Please let me know if anyone has tried a place they like for depression.
