My life felt pretty empty, especially when I was alone. I'm so thankful for the people in my life right now. They make things feel less heavy. My family is okay, but it's frustrating that even though they're around, it's hard to connect with them emotionally. It's not something I can control, so I'm trying not to worry about it. I keep reminding myself that I have to keep doing what's good and keep moving forward. Even if things don't turn out exactly how I planned, I'll just go with the flow and accept things as they are. Because I can't control everything.
