Hi everyone,

I’m Aidan, a 21-year-old from New Jersey, reaching out to this community for support and understanding. Over the past months, I’ve been facing several challenges that have significantly impacted my emotional and mental well-being.

After obtaining my armed guard license, I was hopeful about securing employment. However, many positions require prior police experience, leaving me financially strained and uncertain about my career path. This situation has been a source of stress and has contributed to feelings of inadequacy.

Training in Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai has always been a passion of mine, providing a sense of purpose and a way to manage stress. Recently, however, I’ve lost interest in these activities, which has been disheartening and has contributed to a sense of isolation.

Maintaining relationships has become increasingly difficult. I often feel disconnected from friends and family, leading to feelings of loneliness. This isolation has exacerbated my depression and has made it challenging to seek support.

As a young father, I face unique challenges that add to my stress and feelings of being overwhelmed. Balancing the responsibilities of parenthood with personal aspirations has been difficult, and I often feel uncertain about my role and capabilities as a dad.

I’m reaching out to this community in hopes of finding understanding and guidance. If anyone has faced similar challenges or has advice on navigating career uncertainties, rekindling passion for hobbies, improving social connections, or managing the complexities of young fatherhood, I would greatly appreciate your insights.
