As 2022 begins coming to an end, it's an important time to reflect on our past year to really think about our feelings and experiences.

Below, feel free to reflect on your year:

What was good? What are you grateful for? What do you wish may have been a bit better? Do you have any regrets? Things you want to do better next year?

@EmmaE This has been a lousy year tbh. Broke an ankle pretty bad at the beginning of summer. That added some difficulty to things that were planned for the summer - hiking - camping - horseback riding. Still having trouble with it tbh. Then got sick with something that took over a month to start feeling better. Anxiety and stress have me to the point where I'm having issues with my stomach. I'm quicker to keep to myself. Slower to share things

On the good side - got to go to the Renaissance Faire and visited a wolf sanctuary. Grateful - that I've gotten a chance to meet some really good people here on sight that I don't seem to annoy too much 😅

Regrets - more than a few but I think I'm learning from mistakes I've made. Many many things I'd like to do better next year. I'm gonna keep those to myself lol - just in case they don't work out. Fingers crossed

My relationship with my boyfriend has really become better, we were one year away from each other. I am grateful for how peaceful things are.

It was hard to leave my job, but leaving it was the best for my health. I wish this were not so painful and maybe I should have done that before.

I hope next year I will get a new job, more suitable with my necessities.

I am also grateful for results I had with my mental health, as I tried CBT and DBT therapy, it really improved and I wanna keep it next year.

It was a little painful to have financial restrictions and to wait for a new job again, felt a little isolated and hopeless but I feel better now.

I didn't manage make new friends but at least I got out of house to do a philosophy course, and learning was good, and being around people was good for my mental health somehow. I hope I can really start talking to strangers next year.

I started cooking and organizing favorite recipes and I was able to reduce my cholesterol level (sth to be grateful for), want to keep this activity next year and have the right number of recipes.

I learned a lot about codependecy and trying 12 steps has been great for me, it helps me discover myself and grow my spirituality.

I started learning to have more fun, making collections of songs I like, or dancing once a week, want to make it more intense next year.

Reflection is a great thing to do, thanks for posting this @EmmaE ❤️

This year for me has been so so so tough but amongst all the tough, difficult bits, there's been amazing bits too! - One of them being, me becoming a listener at the start of the year (anniversary soon, yay!).

I have massive regrets but I'll leave that for another day hehe.

What about you Emma? 😃

I became a listener here. I have listened a lot since then. It feels great. :)

I hope for a better 2023. May the wars end. May people have enough to eat. May the world become more equal and not less.
