Sad in my enclosure

I’m stuck. I’m basically a bear in hibernation. I don’t know where to begin with starting to live life a little again. My bed is my happy/safe space. I’ve never been one for hustle and bustle but I want to start doing something productive. It sounds easy but it’s not.

I completely understand how you feel, and it's okay to feel stuck and overwhelmed. Starting to live life again after being in a hibernation-like state can be challenging, but I believe that you have the strength within you to make positive changes.

It might help to set small, achievable goals for yourself to begin with by identifying one activity or hobby that you used to enjoy or have always wanted to try. It could be something as simple as taking a short walk outside, reading a book, or trying out a new recipe. I think engaging in activities that bring you joy or spark your interest can help you gradually break out of the hibernation mindset

@spicyavocado3788 I understand the feeling. It can feel overwhelming and challenging to start living your life again. You don't have to achieve anything in a day, to try to improve your life drastically in one day. Start with small steps - maybe leaving your house for a little 10 minute walk and starting from there. Best of luck! <3

I understand feeling stuck for sure. Like others have said, taking small steps could be really helpful! You mentioned you like your bed, so even doing something like reading on your bed, answering a few texts/emails while lying down, or doing some stretches in bed might be options to look into. Best of luck!
