Severe depression
I have been struggling with severe depression for almost a year now and it has gotten so much worse in the last month. I don’t have much family and they don’t live in my state so I am totally alone. I could really use a friend to talk to if anyone is willing.

Even if your family doesn’t live in the same state it doesn’t mean that you’re alone. Im in a similar situation and every time those thoughts come to my mind I realize that they love me and in any case of emergency they will be here with me. I’m sure that you can count on them, so focus on the people that care about you and love you, there is always someone.
