Sighs in helplessness

It's quite hard to be hopeful isn't it..I was trying to be motivational and now I just sprained my ankle I'm in so much pain I can't walk I haven't slept literally the whole night I have a class that has compulsory attendance or I'll be failed in an hour or 2 and I can't go because I can't walk now what am I supposed to do?.. I'm literally helpless
