Survivor’s Journey: Becoming My Own First Doctor

I am a Sexual Harassment Survivor. I am coming here after a moment where I felt I was fading away just minutes ago. I have finally realized that the aftermath of harassment has plunged me into Severe Depression, destroying my life, my relationships, and causing a deep Behavioral Dysfunction. Just when I was about to lose all hope, that hope has been renewed. I now believe in Recovery, and I will share with you daily my attempts at healing and psychotherapy, now that I’ve realized I am my own first doctor!"
