I’m finding it difficult to understand this, I think because I use words differently. From what I can tell, you have feelings of hate towards someone, and have good reason for feeling that way. There’s also someone you care very much about. Are those two people involved with each other?
Your prayers of protection for her touches my heart. I hope she remains safe and finds happiness.
Regarding hate and guilt, consider that hate is an extremely intense feeling, and arises from a level of mind over which we difficulty controlling. Many people can’t control such feelings at all. Hate is also complicated, usually involving other feelings along with it. There can be feelings of emotional pain due to betrayal, jealousy, being bullied, robbed, or any number of things. When someone feels hate, they’re not likely to be able to sort out all the connected emotions.
I think what ends up happening is that these complex feelings trigger stress that intensifies the hate.
It’s important to realize that the feeling of hate usually arises from a deep level of mind, and occurs spontaneously. It comes from the part of the brain that’s involved with basic safety and survival, even if more complex feelings end up being attached to it.
It’s important to realize this because, God created us with this feature of our brains, and the feelings themselves are not a basis for feeling guilty. If we should feel guilty for having such feelings, God would need to feel guilty for making us with such feelings.
Although we needn’t feel guilty for feeling hate, of critical importance is how we respond to such feelings. Respond with vengefulness or violence, then we have abundant reason to feel guilty.
I brought this up because I don’t think you should be angry with yourself for having an emotional and understandable reaction. Another thought to consider is that hate is diminished when effort is made to forgive. That doesn’t mean allowing yourself to become vulnerable again, but it can free you from a toxic attachment to the person you hate.
If we should feel guilty for having such feelings, Gof would need to feel guilty for making us wuth such feelings wow.
I mean qow actually wow
.......also yes both of those persons are connected
I see that person and my soul starts having nausea i se him thn i see everything the every reason of me hating him i want to let it put get it out of my mouth atkeast fpr once iam not able to iam not able too

Some people write letters, just to pour their feelings out, but never send them. Some scream into a pillow. Others look for a distraction to take their mind off the feelings. For me, it's exercise. I make myself too tired to hold on to the anger. Another advantage to exercise is that it increases "feel good" endorphins in the brain.
Self-acceptance regarding your feelings is a huge step forward. I think that makes it easier to manage them in a non-destructive way.
I have a history of being very badly treated. The anger, resentment and hate felt like a really heavy emotional weight, and I felt helpless to obtain justice, or at least teach those who hurt me a lesson. I couldn't undo what was done. The people involved never faced consequences.
I decided to use the emotional energy of anger as motivation to improve my circumstances, in sort of an "I'll show them that they didn't ruin me" kind of way.
All those bad things happened to me decades ago. If I really spend thinking about it, I can remember and to some extent experience the feelings I had at the time. If I remain focused on the present, those memories have no effect on me, except sometimes gratitude that I'm no longer in that situation.
You're a different person, experiencing different circumstances. Your path towards recovery may be quite different than mine was. Even so, I hope my sharing can give a bit of hope.
@Spiritriver hm
do u know about adhesions that is what iam having severe and bad ones getting involved everyday every freaking day thought second breath
but yeah im so proud of u u dealt it u did it proud of u
@dunnoulwa
Yes, understand adhesions, but there's not much I can say about them here. I think the best bet is to discuss them with a doctor. I think methods of resolving them have improved.
