Ten Years, Two Depressions, & I'm Still Here

It's coming up on a decade since my first battle vs Depression, & five since my second one. It took literally everything I had but I'm still here, still alive.
I fully understand those that want to unal¡ve themselves or sink into a dark solitude where you become your own dungeon, your own shackles, your own imprisonment.
If you've fallen, find a purpose to stand up for. If you're good, extend a hand (providing a purpose). Be all of you.

@ChillTexan314 depression is extremely hard😥 I'm glad your still standing💖 it gives the rest of us hope 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 I'm currently trying very hard to work my way out of this spiral🙁
