Why suicidal people should be helped
@peachCity8751 Well if you’re feeling like that you will be encouraged by 7 Cups to contact a crisis hotline.
why help? Well I personally have felt that way and I think all people deserve to be helped. I think the people who work for crisis centers feel the same. 7 Cups doesn’t offer crisis services.
There are some nice listeners here that can be helpful if you’re not in crisis.
But why can't I just end it
@peachCity8751 I can’t know your situation or why you’re in so much pain right now. I’m sad that you’re feeling this way. There may be many other options that you’re not seeing right now. Do you have access to a crisis phone line? There are voice and text options and people who can chat with you directly. I found them very helpful when I was feeling like you must be feeling right now. Is that something you would be willing to try?
The reason that you should be helped and that you should keep trying is because you are needed here. You bring something to the planet that no one else does. You were put here to offer kindness, new ideas, and lots more.

I wanna take my own life, keep living will make me more miserable more than I am now
I know that the pain is pretty intense. Let's focus more on what you can do to get yourself through each day a bit more easily. Are you eating enough food and drinking liquids? Without those, you don't have the strength to fight back. @peachCity8751
