Wake up in tears, trying not to fall asleep in tears. Just attended a meeting that has helped a bit. I hope everyone out there is ok….

@XneedsHelp oh ok, I don't use any sites or social media other than cups, but I've heard a few people mention different group support chats on different sites. I'm glad it helped you feel a bit better ❤
