Before bed every night I am going to do a small stretch and a Before bed work out and then after that I am going to try meditating 🧘‍♀️ is there any suggestions for me to do? This is going to be the first time of me trying this. Oh btw if there's spacing then I'm sorry my phone does that!!

How did it go? Those ideas are great. There isn't one way to come up with a good routine. Sometimes you have to experiment. But you do have to keep up with it in order for it to really help.

I know that I personally struggle a bit with meditation. Coloring, going on a walk, or listening to some softer music help me more. But everyone is different. You do have to try things for several weeks before anything starts clicking though. @LilliRex

@LilliRex It's great that you have a routine to help you relax before bed 😊 Some other suggestions you might want to try include taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, or listening to calming music. You could also try some breathing exercises or visualization techniques to help you unwind. Experiment with different activities to find what works best for you, and remember to be patient and kind to yourself as you develop your routine!
