Trying to hold onto water

Hello

I know I'm just another voice in a sea of people right now, but it feels more and more like trying to hold onto water with a sieve. I try every day to keep myself together, to want to stay and make things work out.

But I just can't help but feel like it's all for nothing. I'm crucial to the household I'm in. I'm the one who does most if not almost all of the cooking and cleaning. I'm the one who works to start tasks and trying to keep the household from falling into disarray. It feels like too much and I don't know how to ask for help. I'm not sleeping well, I can't rest unless I completely tire myself out which is nearly impossible. I feel unstable most days of the week and I just want to try and feel normal again. I don't know if I'll ever fully get to normal again. And it scares me

I just need to know there's a light at the end. I've been there before. I've reached it before. I just want to get there again

@Kyzoni13 Hey there! Listen, you're not just a voice in a sea of voices, I hear you and I see you.

I get what you're feeling seriously. Each day might be hard, but you can't succumb to it. Life can suck, it's unbearable and one hit after the other -- but it's also absolutely beautiful and hilarious. There's moments that make it all worth it. There is light at the end of the tunnel -- from a good cup of coffee to the stranger in the grocery store who smiles at you to a cute dog.

You've got lots of lovely things to see and people to love ahead of you. And this awful time in your life is only going to bring out the best in you later, it'll make you better for it.

And even if you got out of bed today no matter how tired you felt, that's still a win. Celebrate the small ones even if other people can't see it, be your cheerleader and know that you're still here. 💗

@Kyzoni13 I feel you. Sometimes it's really hard to ask for help, and it will break if you drop it.

We can’t pour from an empty cup. We need to be fed as well as feed. I can’t tell what you need.

I am sorry you may be valuable where you are but not crucial. I was almost killed the world would continue without me. Hopefully I can be useful.

The last paragraph is a-bit critic usually people are about feeling suicidal or believing in an afterlife that will be better. Are you saying you have felt hopeless before and later had a period you felt you lived?
