I don’t understand my assignment and it makes me cry. I don’t know how to do it. I don’t wanna ask for help to my course mates bc they’ll think I’m too stupid. Bc maybe I am

it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed by an assignment, especially when it's challenging. understanding an assignment doesn't reflect your intelligence at all.
asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, actually, it can sometimes be a sign of strength as not everybody can do it.
you're not alone in this, and lots of people feel the same way when they face new things. everyone struggles sometimes, and it's through these tough times, we grow.
I hope you were able to get some clarity from your classmates. I've been taking classes again online and I'm amazed at how much info you can find on these courses. I also pretty much can't work without chat GPT. It's helpful when I'm stuck and helps me work through my thoughts and processes.
