Waking up at 5 AM
I have joined a business school by moving away from home after I failed to stay at my previous job which caused all the problems
It's just been 3 days in college and orientations only but i can't stop being stressed about every small thing, I think too much about the course whether I'll be able to good at it whether I'd get a good job after the course is complete
And I have been filled with negativity, The seniors I met kept saying the college is not good enough some say the course I chose isn't good enough others who stayed in the room iv rented say it's not good at all
I get very tensed and demotivated but I speak about this to my friends and my girlfriend which makes me feel slightly better because I'm worrying about things that hasn't even started it and my story doesn't have to be like my seniors or whoever
But I don't know why maybe because of stressing I can't sleep good no matter what time I go to bed I wake up at 5 or 5:30 and my mind goes insane i think about every thing that could go wrong a lot of overthinking I go crazy
But I try my best to fall back asleep and today I somehow did but I'm not understanding why I'm asking up every morning even though I go to bed trying to be positive
Please help 🙏
@Thinker03
I am praying for you right now.
I went to a highly respected university and studied extremely hard. But it was people who pursued work experience aggressively who got the best jobs, not people with the best university. Ask your professors which companys will hire you if you work hard.
PS. Most Successful people I know wake up at 5am. No professional sleeps after 6:30 am. Start going to bed at 9:30pm and that is enough sleep. You are doing good, the seniors are complaining because when they should have pursued work experience and they missed their opportunity.
