What do you do without a support system?

I recently ended my therapy, and I feel worse than ever. I feel like all of my coping mechanisms are ineffective. Often I journal to keep myself sane, but I have no one to vent to. It's driving me insane. It seems so simple to get friends yet it eludes me.

The title is something I could've asked, just as easily. Not much of a support system over here either, so I have an idea of how you're feeling... My days have also been miserable, lately. Know that you are in my thoughts, & that all this will change sooner or later.

It's tough learning to cope while feeling like you have no support system. I'm still learning how to do this too, and while i personally haven't figured out the perfect solution to this yet, my DMs are always open :)

@PackAndSafety

My family always helped me when i have money problems. No they don't give me money. They find me work. They have never supported me emotionally. My only friend is not someone i can talk to about emotional issues unless they are superficial.

Friends are hard for me to make because I don't see anyone as a potential option. I also find it difficult to find something to talk about. I have little interest in talking about popular culture. For example I have never seen many block buster movies such as Avatar, Hunger Games, and Titanic. Same goes for TV, Music, Books etc...

@PackAndSafety If you feel like you still need a support system, then try to create a new one. I hope this is helpful.
