After a relationship ended I decided I needed to work on my issues. You can hide from your shadow or you can turn and face it. The things you have been through you can hide from or you can turn to face.

The facing is allowing yourself to feel the emotions a-bit after learning calming breathing rather than hiding from them.

I am deeply lonely, I am ok with that yet would change the situation.

I looked at your profile you play games, I play grand strategy games. They give me a sense of control in a world that has many dark parts I am powerless over.

I would like to encourage people to have seeds in drinks as that gives 2 healthy life years apparently.

I love tango and am good at it but lack a partner.

Daoism has a meditation tradition, I would prefer you to have a relationship assuming you are like most and like people.

@globalartist I'm sorry you have to deal with all that, and I know nothing I say can make it go away, but there are so many reasons to live even when it doesn't feel like it. Even if those reasons are really small, they still count - pretty butterflies, a song you like being featured in a movie, making a friend smile, trailing plants, and that a group of fireflies is called a sparkle. You're doing so well and I'm proud of you <3
