Yes, I would say getting away from your abusive son would be pretty critical. Do you want some help planning out how to leave? Sometimes running ideas by an outsider can help. @feralcatlover11

That you are asking the question to begin with says a lot. I don't know what your life is currently like but based on an earlier reply of yours, a fresh start may indeed be in order. There is no reason to permit abusive scumbags to trouble one's life...after all, this life is the only one we get.
