What should I so

So there i sa girl ....I love her so much we used to go to tuition together ...... I love her so much and someday somehow .... our tuition stopped...... we can't meet eachother.....like all this happed in Feb. Her father took her phone soo she use her mom's phone to chat with me ..... we used to chat 3 4 hr in days and whole ’night some times .... pry everyday for her that we can stick together forever ..... we both have neet exam In may..... from Feb (our last meet) I suffer each and everyday ....but when she comes online I feel soo good and happy ... but other time I just suffer and wait for her .... yesterday she said she cannot talk to me now, she is also feeling bad about this....she dont have time....she have time ....but she don't know .....now from last night I'm suffering a lot
