Feels like everyday is a chore and I genuinely don't know what to do with my life. So many things make me anxious and I'm not sure how to cope. What do yall do to cope? Find meaning or at least comfort? Its so hard being around people I dont resonate with and its hard to find people you can see yourself liking

I hear you, and it sounds like you're going through a really tough time. Feeling like every day is a chore and not knowing what to do with your life – that's a heavy burden to carry. And dealing with anxiety on top of that makes things even harder. It's completely understandable that you're struggling to find meaning or comfort right now, especially when connecting with others feels difficult.

I've definitely had my own days when things felt overwhelming, and I've found that focusing on small, manageable things can help me stay grounded. For me, activities like knitting and meditation have become really important self-care tools. Knitting gives me something tangible to focus on, and the repetitive motion can be calming. Meditation helps me practice open, non-judgmental awareness, which I've found helpful with being present with my thoughts and feelings but not getting caught up in them.

It takes courage to reach out and share what you're feeling, and I want you to know that you're not alone. If you're open to sharing, what's one small thing you've found brings you a tiny bit of comfort, even on the hardest days?

Thanks for hearing me out <3 To me, it's always been having a talk with a friend that gives me a bit of comfort. Next is drawing, like you, it feels nice to just focus on one certain thing like the details of how the drawing is. How do you meditate? Do you just sit down in silence? What about negative thoughts that flood your mind while doing it?
