What are your reasons to keep Up? To live and try to keep your Hope? I would love to know.
I’ve always lived with zero emotional support. Sometimes, it becomes unbearable carrying both emotional and physical pain. But still, deep down, I want to move forward. I want to understand how to truly love myself, i want to learn how to truly love myself, even when the ones closest to me hurt me.
You are such a strong person. I know someone like ya, with a past full of pain, and you know how IS that person doing now? Happy with a sweet daughther. Strong people eventually recibes what they deserve. Hope you lots of hugs. <3
@NoahVirel Hi! My reasons to keep hope alive are for my son and daughter and my wife. At times I loose my patience with them but that is something that I am working on and it’s getting better. Overall though there are days when the dark and depressive thoughts feel as though they’re winning, but I try my best to keep these days at a minimum.
Hiii, you should be proud of how strong you are. I know things can get dark and hopeless yet there IS always a tomorrow waiting for ya. And I think that besides your family you should look for a reason to live on yourself. Its lovely your LOVE to your family but Dont forget yourself. Love ya all
Right now it's my family and my pets. I'm still trying to find things to add 😢. Right now...that's enough. But I know it can be hard. I hope anyone reading this has found many reasons to keep going!
