I'm sorry to hear that.
This is very difficult.
The longer you stay there, the harder it'll become.
It's not easy, but it might help you to just even walk as far as your door, open your door and walk out, and build on this, day by day, until eventually you can leave, and remind yourself, you are safe and nothing can hurt you 🩵
