I understand how they probably keep popping back into your mind.
But maybe when you think of them, you make a habit of picturing your future man that you HAVEN'T MET YET. He is just as frustrated as you, wondering if there are any loyal women on earth, plenty of guys wonder that. Picture him and start meeting new people. Picture the two of you having a conversation, saying 'please hold out for me, I'll find you soon'. Don't settle for someone incapable of loyalty, who would make your life miserable if you married him. Your real man might walk right by you while you're daydreaming about your disloyal ex, so maybe stop daydreaming about the old, start noticing who is right in front of you who could be him.
