deep exhaustion
Hello
I am looking for tips
I've been struggling with depression symptoms lately and it's been hard to shake them off
it's not as bad as it used to be
but waking up in the morning feels like a challenge
and getting through the day is even worse
I have tried to exercise and do things that would usually make me feel better
but it has been a combat
and I am exhausted

Hey, it sounds like not easy time for you. What you are doing with the exercises is so important and so wise. Depression makes moving so challenging. Still, moving/exercising is the first thing that often helps on the physical side. I am really proud of you for pushing through with the exercises and asking here now 😊.
One the physical side, what do you think about trying sun exposure by going outside more?
On the feeling side, do you have any idea if something new is triggering your state?
thank you so much for your kind replay
it's actually raining all the time here so there's much sun exposure
and for what triggered this
I was supposed to get engaged this week but it had been postponed to an unknown date due to financial struggles and the unstable situation of my partners side
we've been trying to get engaged for the past 2 years and it's been post poned so many times (due to health issues, instability in the workplace , struggling to get an apartment we both live with our parents and we want our own place )
I don't know if I have been able to express myself smoothly enough
my deep fatigue is really fogging my mind
@human29378292 Hey, your situation seems to be very frustrating and draining.
It seems natural that it could make you feel very tired to the point of feeling the brain fatigue.
This being another time must be disheartening. What do you think about you still being committed to each other? You did survive the previous delays. It must mean there was some strength in both of you. Maybe you will tap to it again this time too after the first blow of disappointment settles?
🤗 hello 👋
Thank you for reaching out. I'm also happy for you your depression is not as bad anymore. This means you are really taking your recovery journey seriously.
Waking up in the morning is really hard sometimes, you are not alone in that.
What have been your mornings been like lately?
And it seems you interest in daily activities is also low. What are the things you can say you really love to spend your day doing an what are the hardest to engage in right now.
I'm here with you.
