that never worked for me, I'm an over thinker ð¥¹
@ariadna01 Maybe try something new like a hobby or something. I play guitar and that's everything to me. Music I find vary relaxing and comforting. Especially when you have a good teacher, sometimes that's all you need. Just an idea! Hope this helps!
