@cressworld hi I’m sorry I don’t have the right words but I might have some helpful things
I use fataltotheflesh.com , it lets you cut the screen instead and if you go fast it drips red
there are also online crisis chats like 7 cups but they can help with sh thoughts, I use one for the US but there are different depending on where you live, it’ll show up if you like up “crisis helpline” or “sh helpline”
