I am and have been struggling with my metal health for a while and things finally came to a head with my partner and I just need people to talk to that understand and are outside or the situation. I am tired of my emotional issues causing us to be unable to converse. I want our relationship to be healthy and I wanna show that I am actively trying to move towards that but my anxiety and depresion make that very hard and now I am just back to feeling hopeless and alone.

Hey there. I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with your mental health and that it's impacting your relationship with your partner. Have you considered seeking out professional help, such as counseling or therapy? A mental health professional can provide you with the guidance and tools you need to address your anxiety and depression and work towards building a healthier relationship with your partner. It's also important to have open and honest communication with your partner about what you're going through. Sharing your struggles and feelings with them can help them understand what you're going through and provide you with the support you need. Remember that recovery takes time, and it's important to be patient and gentle with yourself as you work toward healing. You are not alone in this, and there are people who care about you and want to help you through this difficult time.

Hi♥️, I don't think it's fair that people have to struggle with these mental health troubles like anxiety and depression. Especially when they interfere with our ability to communicate with people we love. Thinking no one will understand and in turn making us feel alone and hopeless. I get why you feel the way you are feeling having such issues in conversing with your partner, it's really troublesome, and tough work doing all you can to keep the relationship healthy. These diseases seem to always have a one up on us. I'm happy you are actively trying to move forward through everything just shows how strong you are. Have you come up with any new ways to communicate with your partner? How has everything been going since this post? 🖤
