whether I deserve it or not

Hi, I too have had episodes of diagnosed psychosis, as hard as that is to write. (I had some delusions) I’m on medication now and my therapist says there’s nothing to make anyone think I can’t live a normal life. I believe the same is true for you. I hope you can find a good therapist. Hugs.
