It's okay. Take three deep breathes. Inhale deeply. Hold it for a moment. Then, exhale slowly. The care of everyone is of the most importance. Make sure your children have what they need. After that, think and try to see an overall perspective of what is happening. It sounds like your husband might be young and might not understand that his children need to articulate, when he is tired and asleep. He might not have been ready to have or marry into having children. It requires more strength of you as a member of the family at this point. Your husband will eventually adapt and understand you are pooped caring for your children, and they have early childhood needs, or he won't. Odds are he will. So, even though you are exhausted explain that the kids are tired, ask him what does he need; explain you're in the middle of putting the kids to sleep, but you are happy to help him with what he needs when you can make things quiet? (Ahhhh.... I know that sounds cheesy, I'm sorry, but you're in a touchy situation where your husband needs time to grow and mature as a dad)
