Hart brake

I have suffered with anxiety most off my life. In January I found out that my hours at work were going to be cut and so I had to leave the job I love and have worked at for over 23 years as I could not afford to live on less money. I found a new job straight away working in a simler job. But I hate it. I have few friends and the friends that I had were from my old job. Im just so sad and burst into tears regularly. I just want my old life back
