Help me I don't know what to do

@sunnyComputer1324 this sounds like a very scary situation to go through, I'm glad you are reaching out for help. It's important that your friend gets the help she needs, which in cases like this means support from professionals who are trained in crisis intervention. Some ways you can support your friend include (but are not limited to):
-give her links to crisis intervention sites and numbers to hotlines (suicide.org has a good list of international hotlines)
-contact a crisis intervention site asking how you can support her, if she's unwilling or afraid to contact them herself
-offer yourself as a listening ear if she needs to vent
-call emergency services or bring her to an emergency room if you believe she is a threat to her own safety

I know that this is a really scary time and that you won't feel better until you know your friend is safe, but hopefully this can help provide some clarity as to different ways you could support your best friend.
