Hi! My name is Catherine and I am 20 years old. I live in the US. I am a preschool assistant teacher. This is something very new for me. I struggle with depression, anxiety, and mild ocd. I'm very happy I have found a safe place to be able to talk to people who can relate to me. ❤️

Hi Catherine! I'm new too and just a bit older (24), also living in the US. I'm glad you and I and everyone else on here found this place because it seems like a good place and way to talk about the difficulties we each face. I've lived with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depression for most of my life and until recently it was much easier to see someone in person to talk about these difficulties but now it's far more difficult so these types of services are immensely helpful.
