I looked up "depression chat" in Google.

A friend told me about this and I wanted to try it out

i was recommended this by a friend because they where worried about me.

I was lovely and looking for someone to talk to online in a safe way

i was going through a really bad patch and i was kinda suffocating... i needed to find something to help me cope and so i went online and found this.

Was as usual in denial about having any problems and saw it on Pinterest, decided to take a look...we'll see how it goes! :D

Friend of mine suggested it.

My friend told me to come on here cause I was being goddamn miserable and now I'm here but I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing.

I found this on my instagram explore page while I was having a really horrible day and I thought that I should give this a shot. So far this community has been really loving and I really appreciate all the help everyone is giving :)
