How did you find 7 Cups?

while looking for mental health websites/apps

blahtherapy wasn't working so i came here

I googled "online therapy".

I typed .Help. Into the computer and 7 cups came up first

i was recommended it by my high school counsellor and then knew a coworker in university who volunteered on here :)

Searched it on the web when I was struggling with a choice I made

Googled "talk with someone". Now I'll just need to work up the courage to actually do so. :)

I first heard of 7 cups five years ago from my sister who was struggling very bad with her mental health at the time. She often spoke of it and said how much help and support it was giving her. Unfortunately when our mother passed away it was too much for my sister to cope with and she took her own life. Losing two family members in the space of three weeks was devastating and I also felt suicidal and like I couldn't cope but then I remembered 7 cups and here I am.

And that's what brought me to 7 cups for the first first time.

I found 7 cups from Google when I searched, "anonymous online therapy".

I saw it in an ad on Instagram :)
