A friend told me about it!
I was googling ways to help with my depression. I watched videos downloaded a bunch of apps. Then finally I came across this one. Since then I have grown tremendously. I also refer others to this app and keep it apart of my routine.
Found on google when I typed in lonely
I googled online chat therapy
Kati Morton mentioned it a couple of times on her Youtube channel and podcast.
