It was listed as a suggestion in a Reddit sub.
i found it lil over a yr ago when i was seraching for mental health apps on android then started using it on computer too, really glad i started using it, its been very helpful.
I used to look up tumblr posts and I found this link on one of them. I ignored it because I didnt want to get in trouble, but found it again later looking up whether or not suicide hotline could trace a call.
If I have a good memory I think it was because I was in crisis. (I tend to depression) and I search on google something about chat with therapist or something and I found this site =)
I found 7 cups when I look for the meaning of what I was feeling which was depression.
I saw it on one of my Pinterest searches.
I am in therapy and reading a book about borderline and searched for an online safe space to interact with other folks.
I found 7 cups though the website StumbleUpon. Now a few days after it ceased to exist I feel really lucky to have had been a part of it and had found 7cups along the way.
