How did you find 7 Cups?

I was having trouble coping with the changes of my work environment and searched online on how to deal with work stress. One of the contents came from someone on 7Cups and it was exactly what I needed to hear (read) at the time. Now, I'm feeling soothed just by hanging around the website! I feel less alone.

Through a Google search

Google searched 'hotline to talk to someone' and 7 Cups came up.

I think I was searching for "online therapy" or "supportive listening" and came across 7 Cups that way.

I went on discord before i begun to be cyber bullied online by the same people on Kati Morton website.

A friend told me helped him. I was surprised how emotionally aware and calm he was. He said hed been a member for 2 years. So I joined.

I actually found it on a post on Pinterest. It was a post about all kinds of helpful sites, and this one, about the mental health issues, was something I needed.

I was hurt badly against my will by guys at a party and my best friend told me too look for some online support! Amazingly I found 7 cups and they have helped me realise I am strong and will move on somehow. I will also stay strong for my baby I found out I am carrying! Thank you 7 cups from me and my little one

i was on a website (quotev) and posted about me being depressed because my friend was doing s****de. someone commented and recommended this website :)

On instagram there was this twitter thread that talked about websites people may enjoy and 7cups was one of them
