While sitting in front of my laptop and studying, I suddenly felt very emotionally overwhelmed, and my therapist had suggested online chat rooms sometime ago. I just googled for one, and 7 cups was the top result.
I found it on the App Store while looking for a way to vent and get help.
I was told I had used the crisis line maximum amount of times. My parent was having emergency heart surgeries and we were both disaster evacuees. I googled crisis online chat or something similar and so grateful found 7 cups! I feel so less alone and no one tells me Sorry you have reached your crisis quota limit.

I saw a tumblr post recommending this place and I have loved how much it has helped
I was feeling emotionally overwhelmed and wanted some help online. I Google searched for online counseling and landed on 7 cups. Today is my first day using it and so far I really enjoy the resources they provide for promoting self-esteem.
I was searching something on Tumblr, and it opens a box asking if I needed help and showing which telephone numers or websites I could use to talk about some of my problems that I had in that moments. I think that I had been lucky to see it, because 7Cups helps me so much, and I recommended it to a friend of mine!
I was searching for someone that could help me with a really complicated problem of life, and I found 7 Cups! Thank you!
